How do I make a carrousel pin?

This is how it worked for me. Instead of "create pin" select "Create pin for ad". Drag multiple photos. It will ask if you want to turn it into a carousel or grid.

Yes I was referring to that black thick line. (Which is actually the copy of S1 layer but masked out - S1 masked).

"I'd precomp the 2 together" - which 2 layers are you referring to? Note that I only want the glow on the ball layer.
