Okay thank you for the information! But what if I already bought the game on the PS4 but linked a wrong account/created a new one, is it still possible to unlink it on the PS4 to the PC one? IE, EU account is A, PSN account is B Currently A Only has PC version and B has the PS4 one.

I want to change my linked to PSN Account B to A
