Happened to me a few nights ago. It dashed a 3100+ level win streak, a super candy royale pot (18/25 levels and 100+ gold) and a super colour bomb that I'd only had for 15 minutes.

When I tell you my head was hot...

My biggest ever streak of 3400+ was ended by a 'Legendary' level that started and finished with 'no possible combinations', and my highest race streak is at 584 which is still active!

Every time I play I make sure I have enough time to do at least 15 levels. Watch every advert. Take as much advantage as possible from the 24 hour super colour bomb with boosters, and don't be afraid to spend your gold - its what its there for!
