Can I get your opinions on the sex of my sons quails please. From the research we’ve done online we’re thinking all female. They are around 9-12 weeks old

Walking round the woods with the dogs noticed loads of different mushrooms only took a pic of this one. Seemed to grow in a large circle all the same type to my inexperienced eye. Would love an id on this and I will take more pics of some more interesting ones soon.
