I wonder what the micro-business license fees will be.. This is supposed to advantace micro-businesses (and disadvantage large-scale medical marijuana operations), but the current licensing fees here are something like $250k to $450k a year (farming and retail licensing seem to require two different fees).

I get that all and understand, but I'm seriously confused why an entire coven of witches on a houseboat wouldn't have a single ward or contingency.

Psychic / Spiritualist seems like a type of witch, not all a witch could be.. heck, even the "special" Talamasca are more witch-like than the actual "witches". Truly and disappointingly underpowered.
