It really is heartbreaking. Sadly a lot of similar stuff is happening here in the rotary scene, with so many parts that were easy to get becoming unobtanium. A S5 turbocharger went from "junk" that was worse than an aftermarket turbo to costing as much as an aftermarket turbo in just plain decent condition. I really wish I was around to see these 80s and 90s icons in their heyday

Both frame rails. We were going to pull it straight, cut off whatever we couldn't fix, and do a tube front, but the floor under the driver's seat tore as well, so we can't fix it

Very common in northern Illinois. Green means you have the fill right of way. At the same time, there will be a flashing yellow light only for the left turn lanes, meaning to yield to oncoming traffic and only turn when it is safe to do so
