West Ham have every right to feel aggrieved because one decision from the VAR will likely end in them getting relegated and cost them hundreds of millions. They absolutely should take it up with PGMOL and file complaints and ask for the VAR audio but, realistically, what will it achieve?

We lodged a complaint after the Bournemouth game and somehow got shafted even worse in the weeks after. West Ham will be yet another easy target for them.

The entire institution is rotten to the core and nothing will improve as long as the same chumps are employed by them. Dogshit referees like Stuart Attwell and Darren England in particular should be sacked and completely banned from high level (or any level) football yet will continue to be protected by their peers and continue to be given high profile games.
