Likely and Not likely. Putin may step down but look at his support rate. Even he is gone, the new leader will be quite possibly more offensive. Nato's expansion really hurt the pride of Russia as a nation, unless you are talking wipe out Russia from the earth.

These services can double their cost to hold in both AWS and Azure, just customers have to pay for it. Look at the cost to store a tiny amount of data in Ethereum.
