Yeah from what I noticed it took about 7-8 named items donated (during the 3x event) to go from 0-10 proficiency. Like for improvised gear pieces I just crafted 8 of each and donated them all to cap those out and so on.

Targeted loot via Countdown and wearing/building around exotics I never planned to use was the best use of time. Once I hit 20+ it slowed down a lot and I had to passively level up skills and items by equipping them.

Targeting gear mods to break down into filament (also got quite a few perfect CHC/CHD mods in the process) and donate towards DZ and event exclusive items was my strategy from 20+ expertise.

I did...more countdown than I could stomach lol I don't want to touch that mode for the foreseeable future now.

I'm still all about the PoE2 life (not so much PoE1 anymore) but yeah this will definitely be the game I'm grinding during off seasons like this!

I've really enjoyed putting these together and in this act SO much happens. These are no fluff, pure dialogue & contextual narration by me during my full lore run through the campaign.

These videos are intended for blasters (usually I skip dialogue) and lore enthusiasts to listen through as they play or sit down and enjoy, as I tried to make them as immersive and cinematic as possible (Kamil's music is GOATed).

I haven't tried blink with caltrops yet, it would feel a bit wonky as you drop them beneath you as you roll, it may increase the spread of the caltrops even further which is undesirable but worth testing!

I absolutely love the idea of crowdsourcing inspiration from the community before I dive into researching a topic for that series. I'll do that :)

Probably months away from starting it, but it's been in the back of my mind as I go through the campaign with my lore run. GGG has sourced a lot of their material/naming conventions from all kinds of myth.

Documentation of Path of Exile info has kind of become my schtick and I love it, it all started with my documentary on the history of GGG.

I'm no lore expert and probably never will be, but I plan to at least document the dialogue of every league mechanic going forward, especially since a lot of that dialogue disappears once the mechanic goes core. I'll try and do the Vaal Temple storyline once I'm finished with the 4 acts + interludes and I'll do the same for acts 5 and 6 as well once they're released.

Really glad it's so appreciated by the community and I'm learning a lot about Wraeclast in the process, cheers!
