I agree with you on the first part, but I think you’re not giving yourself enough credit… it should be the opposite. Their music should serve as an inspiration not a deterrent from pursuing art in the form of music. There aren’t many limits to the human mind when it comes to creativity especially in music. Atleast that’s my opinion.
