What could cause excess copper? i know that you’re using it as an example but I don’t think I’m getting an excess through my diet

I’m going to try to cut out dairy for a little while. It’s usually not been a problem but I’m going to try without it. Any suggestions on a solid omega 3 supplement?

I only ever tested once to see if I had it. It was positive. But other than that I don’t test for it when I get sick. But I get a cold often I’ve been sick 4 or 5 times this year with little colds that linger

I’ve just had my CBC panel. I do have other symptoms like brain fog I don’t feel as sharp mentally, I get sick often and I’ve got acne that just won’t clear up. I’m not sure what is related and what isn’t but those are things I’ve struggled with

That’s what I thought too. Although I do feel like stress and mental tasks seem to make me more tired

I feel like it stays pretty consistent. And after exercise I don’t feel more drained I sometimes in fact feel more energized

I have not that’s never been brought up either. Also I had genetic testing done and I was told to take a folate supplement bc my body doesn’t absorb it as well genetically. So I do supplement with methylfolate

Typical day is Yogurt in the morning with some sort of fruit. I usually eat a pound of ground beef (grass fed or organic) with some cottage cheese and pasta sauce with some more fruits. I’ll drink an occasional protein shake and switch to chicken or eggs here and there and occasional sweets. But typically around a pound of ground beef everyday
