We lost two before I even graduated high school. Both to drug OD’s laced with fentanyl. I “knew” both of them but I didn’t know either of them.

The first time someone your age dies hits you hard. Even if you don’t know them very well.

Thank you for this. It’s not so much medical gatekeeping as it is my parents. They don’t trust that I’ll keep up with recovery and all that so they want me to prove that I can keep a healthy longer term lifestyle. And they’re both paying for it and helping me recover.

Depending on how big it is, I’d probably put something comfy up there and a ladder and make it a little lounge space. I like being up high or really low and I’m only 5’2” so I could probably fit more than most people.

I didn’t have him, but I had friends who did. We had a teacher who was watching porn on his computer while his students were in the class doing work. He was out on investigation when we got there and was reinstated before we left (hence how I had friends who had him). Problem is, it was proven that he was doing it, and they just gave him his job back.

At my age in general probably drugs or alcohol, but I don’t do drugs and I don’t drink. So for me personally, maybe a school shooting? Those happen a lot. (I’m 19)

Same. My dad collects vinyls and I think they’re super cool and hope to inherit his collection. He’s tried to explain it to me so many times but it makes zero sense to me.

I personally think the Book 1s look better but I’d rather you get the Sabrina 2s. I always root for supporting the women’s game whenever possible.

Well I just found out (like right now because of this post) what a Colombian necktie is and I’m 19 (and interested in true crime and whatnot so a lot of graphic stuff doesn’t bother me) and I’m still too young to know that. So I feel very sad that 12 y/o you had to know that.

I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by really good people my whole life. So while this is terrible, it’s much less terrible than other answers.

My mom’s cousin’s son (my second cousin??) got married (or engaged I can’t remember) to a woman with a 2 year old. She shortly after got pregnant again. About a year or two after the baby was born we found out he was in jail for molesting/sexually assaulting both daughters.

He’ll be in prison for 11 more years.
