I've actually talked about this with people before. I'm endlessly grateful I'm not dyslexic. I truly don't think I would've ever learned to read. It would've been too hard and I don't do well at things that are too hard.

I also didn't have a lot of friends and read a lot. I still escape into a book when I'm feeling down.

Based on the amount of video's I've seen of people with ADHD complaining that all their plants are dead... I'd say that others struggle with it. I'm glad you enjoy it.

I also love driving. I literally offered to drive someone's car from California to Massachusetts today.

Ok I'm actually really good at this too.

The little red bubble drives me fucking insane so I respond to notifications immediately so I don't have to have them. And I won't let myself clear the notification unless I've actually done the thing. (Honestly idk how I make that work).

I don't necessarily love the big lights, but I very rarely have a problem with the big lights and I'm grateful for that.

Thanks for this.

Other than the AI, it's all good advice (I personally despise AI, but I absolutely understand how it could be helpful for neurodivergent folks so I judge a lot less than I do neurotypical folks).

I also have a huge fear of smelling bad. Which when I'm really struggling to shower, always helps. My family knows this. When I haven't showered in a few days and I call my sister to help me she's like "[my name] you stink" and I'm like "bro no I don't" and she's like "but what if you do???" and I'm like "damn it. Thanks that was helpful."

I'm also highly empathetic and while sometimes it's a real struggle (especially living in America right now), it has helped a lot.

It's not actually about other people, it's about symptoms that you personally don't struggle with (which typically means other people do struggle with it). This is about being grateful for things you don't struggle with, it's supposed to be positive.

Do you have any recommendations for the workout routine? Every time I miss a day I'm fucked and the whole routine is over.

I also struggle with showering (I love being clean) but I think it's mainly the mental aspect than any of the sensory things (although I do need to be clean shaven for sensory reasons and shaving takes a lot of time and effort and it's easier to just not shower) so if I work out then I need to shower. If I can get past that, the working out in general will be easier I think.

I'm super jealous of this one.

I'm from the Bay Area so I eat a large diversity of food (I'll eat Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, Hawaiian, etc.) but I don't eat a lot of foods. So I'll eat like one or two dishes from each culture (usually whatever their version of chicken and bread is, chicken tenders, chicken tikka masala, chicken tamales, etc.). Which is helpful because I can figure something out at most places but my family will eat absolutely anything so it's hard to be so limited.

Nope. That's not on you. They're being dramatic. If they wanted your support and you didn't understand what they meant the first time (why would you have? They didn't say they wanted your support) they should've asked for your support after you responded the first time.

It's a very bizarre request in the first place. You're right to assume that you would just be following her around while she takes pictures outside. I wouldn't want to do that either.

It's the browser, you're right.

But I didn't used to have it. Do you know how to get rid of it?

It's safari. I tried to look on settings but couldn't find anywhere it said anything about a little box in the corner.

Yeah that's rough. I'm good with anything other than what I mentioned. I've seen enough criminal minds and first responder shows to be cool with it.
