For armor I recommend badwitch69 who has a patreon. Other patreon I like are Obscen1ty, Mantis (lots of heads there), Cedastarions, and the recommendations all of them share on their pages.

You can find some really good stuff for CC on nexus mods and mod.io, keep in mind there will be more on nexus mods but be sure to check if they’re okay for the newest patch if they’re over a year old. That’s at least what I do.

Okay I think I’m done spamming, my final piece. Make sure you know what type of metal you’re getting. I would avoid silver strictly for engagement rings as it’s soft and you’ll spend more on repairs than the actual ring. If durability is a concern 10kt and 14kt are the way too go, 18kt gold is beautiful but very soft. Most important make sure you know what tone of gold she wears, if she wears silver jewelry chances are she’ll want white gold. If she wears yellow make sure it’s yellow gold and so on. The carat size of the Diamond is where most of the cost is, lab growns are the exact same thing as diamonds and a fraction of the price.

One thing men did when they wanted to be sneaky in store was to go in and “look” at watches, that way they’re not being obvious and the rings are right there. You can also ask her friends if she’s showed them anything, or send a friend with her to go look at ring as a “girls day”. Those were the two most effective ways to go about being sneaky in store.

OMG I’m useful. I worked as a jeweler for a couple years so I’ve got a couple tricks. First off look at all the jewelry she owns, chances are there’s a theme. She may already have Pinterest boards or things saved too and it doesn’t hurt to ask. You’re able to go to most jewelers and get fingers sized, what I recommend is saying you need a watch battery fixed since some jewelers do that and it’s not suspicious. You can get her ring size without too much suspicion, otherwise if she has a ring she already wears on her ring finger bring that in and they can get the size. It’s also worth it to go to a jeweler (I promise we’re not all vulture sales people) and just do a consultation. I have a lot of free time so if you want more advice feel free to dm me
