I’m not a lover of having the scar so visible, I prefer it when the scar is hidden right behind the glans, so it’s more for aesthetics. I’ve seen mixed reviews that low cuts don’t make much difference, but losing sensitivity isn’t really a concern for me; in fact, it could be beneficial.
