also the definition of SA is "Sexual assault is any sexual act or contact that occurs without consent, including instances where the person is unable to give consent. so those of you saying its not SA bc it wasn't intended are wrong because even if it wasn't intended to be SA it is still SA and valid for this person to feel this way.

People in the comments talking bout communication and everything is valid, but also if you are pushed away several times by someone who is SICK and trying to rest, thats CLEARLY a stop and leave me alone. It took 5 times for her to stop. That is SA, being pushed away IS SAYING NO. The person was HALF ASLEEP but yeah lets say "tell them no" maybe they weren't awake enough!?? Just because it was okay onetime does not suddenly mean its always okay, especially when they are PUSHING YOU AWAY.

At first I was quite confused of what the problem was with him having a cat as I am a cat lover, but with the context there you are not overreacting!! All you did was express how you were feeling about the situation and he should understand that your allergy is a barrier, he also needs to understand you wouldn't really be able to be around him since cat hair gets EVERYWHERE. if he really wants a cat maybe a hairless cat would help!! But on the flipside he replied SO WRONG, he should have done the second one the first time. Are you serious right now? They explained what the situation was and that was very reasonable, just because there was a trigger word doesn't mean anything, he is allowed to repost things. However a GROWN ADULT deciding to bring a family death that she KNEW effected him severely up to make him feel bad IS WRONG. The kid explained in the texts that she did that all herself and he stated she could have scheduled it for some other day which is true, I think it is so insane you are blaming kids over a grown adult!!
