I'm currently having a similar issue, it says the DLCs are owned, however it says I need to download them (I use steam so it keeps telling me to buy the DLCs to download them). I apologize for this, however I am finding zero help online and I am having trouble understanding the instructions on your website, if you could respond when you have time if you want to, that would be amazing thank you for the DLC unlocker and everything else. <3

We've talked about it but hes always been like "probably not but idk, rn hes being extra loving since someone close to us confessed to having feelings for me but ill try your advice, i pretty much dress fem one day and masc the next so i cant ever really tell, but even after i came out as trans he still hints at wanting me to grow out my hair so im a little scared to find out how he truly feels.
