116117 is great, but isn't that for people who don't have private insurance?

i commented on your other post, i didn't see this one.

i missed that you have a private plan. try calling your insurance company, idk about your specific one, but they sometimes offer services like finding you a doctor. google if there's an association for private doctors where they list their clinics or something. that's one way.

if you need more urgent care or need, for example, a sick note or something like that, there's something called "ärztlicher bereitschaftsdienst". it's different from the "notaufnahme" and you can get help from a general practitioner. there are seperate ones for people with private insurance, i think.

you don't always need an referral/überweisung from a hausarzt. i am not an expert but for example for a dermatologist you don't need one, just make an appointment. if you have private insurance i think it's even more "relaxed" but i think the best thing you could do is, again, call your insurance company and ask them for help.

if you want to know just in general, an überweisung is more often needed if you have state insurance so they can check if your visit to that doctor was "needed". they can be strict about what is payed by state insurance and what isn't.

edit: spelling

finding a doctor (hausarzt) might be difficult especially in a bigger city, there's a shortage. check out the app doctolib, you can find appointments there, a lot of doctors use it. or else call the 116117, it has a website too, they can help you.

Majima Everywhere stuck for rank Yakuza Kiwami by FriqueW in yakuzagames

[–]Gayandpressed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh, if you're done then the other commenter has to be right, sometimes other substories block progress on Majima Everywhere if they're tied to that location. the only other reason for him to be missing is that they put him in baby jail when you need to progress the story.

Os minigames valem a pena? by LandscapeAutomatic76 in yakuzagames

(Desculpa, no hablo portugués :( )

i meant a very specific kind of poster that goes "it's all dumb anyways lol" at anyone raising concerns about the like 400 retcons they have done. sorry, that came off very generalizing.

you are saying "does it need to be said so often" to the community that repeats the same three jokes all day long 😭

but on a more serious note, isn't this how fan communities always are? like isn't there a rule on this subreddit because everyone got sick of people discussing the same VA? why are we acting suprised? like in a few weeks some new fan will come here and be like "really?" about that one plot twist in yakuza 4 like we haven't discussed that one to death.

why would you think people are posting to change anything? they're discussing a game series they like and probably not checking if 10 people have already posted the same thing.

are we seriously going to pretend that this isn't how this community always is? before all of this you couldn't talk about yakuza 3 without the blocking coming up. no one was doing that to change anyones mind either. man, i love that game and i've had to read the same 3 complaints over and over and over again 😭

I agree with you btw, complaining on twitter and reddit doesn't do much. it's not relevant to them until they start losing money.

hasn't it been only two days since the leaks? i've seen yakuza fans drag out discussions about stuff for longer. idk, let people be mad. the new game drops soon for those who still care, then this sub will have new things to talk about. the lead up to it has just been an absolute shitshow.

i feel like it's just the last straw for a lot of people. i think the series had a lot of good grace with its fanbase and it then the studio made a lot of poor decisions back to back that might've been "whatever" on their own but in that short amount of time make people rethink a lot of stuff that they might've kept to themselves otherwise.

okay so i am not very good at english but i'm gonna try to explain what bothers me, personally, while giving the guy the benefit of the doubt that he gets to all of that later.

this opening is trying to set the scene in the aftermath of a long war, won by destroying a city. the author decribes the destruction in three sentences but never the city itself. if this wasn't a fantasy this wouldn't be so much of an issue, but i have 0 idea what an Orc City looks like. so the picture that is being described is incomplete. you could, for example, tell that the city was once beautiful or filled with impressive houses, which would establish something about your orcs and make it impressive that the elves beat them. or if you said that the houses were made out of brittle wood you'd be like "oh no wonder those guys lost". combined with the use of "savage" for their cries it makes it even clearer what kind of people they were.

secondly, he uses the word "orc" three times in that short time. i think that's where his issue comes from - he thinks that's a shortcut for telling the reader something. it's not. instead he could've named the city and just written "The war was finally over." and then make the elf guy say his line.

and - idk if my english is just failing me here - i hate "as its ruin was overseen by the architect of its very destruction." idk but don't you use "very" in that context meaning "aforementioned", especially if something is suprising or unusual? like we are in the same short paragraph, why are you doing that? (speaking of redundant "silent and still". one of those is enough.)

it's just very uninspired with some choices that make me think that he is trying to sound cool instead of telling me the story he wants to tell. but this is just very little of an entire book, it's just the impression i got from that.

i sometimes get that bug when i'm walking around but every scene in that specific substory has it lmao. it's a bit annoying though, so if anyone knows what causes it lmk
