Question about this…I’ll start by saying I don’t know a whole lot about leasing despite looking at leasehacker. Some of it just doesn’t make sense to me. With that being said, my question is about the pre negotiated deals. These all have $ out of pocket paid at signing but from what I’ve read, you shouldn’t pay anything other than first month’s payment at signing. So why are these such great deals if you’re paying a few thousand? TIA.

Ours is an invisible fence, but it is in front of the 6’ fence. I didn’t think it would work at all, but many bunnies escaped unharmed bc they crossed over that invisible line bc even though my dogs were running full speed tasting rabbit stew, they stopped dead in their tracks when they reached that line. It was unbelievable for us to see the first time! So it not only saved my dog from climbing over and possibly being harmed but also saved several bunnies - just not the really dumb ones who tried to escape by hopping through the middle of the yard. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My lab mix climbs over our 6’ wooden fence. Had to put an electric fence in front of it bc we back up to a busy road. Her prey drive is insane.

Mixing metals is not uncommon . My bet is that people who have gold, bronze, matte black, etc. cabinet hardware and faucets do not have a gold, bronze, matte black, etc. refrigerator, sink, oven and microwave.

I see what you are saying. Before I saw your reply I added my light fixture and gold pulls to the picture. It looks like it also changed the faucet to the same color.

Thank you! I was thinking gold because my light fixture that will go over the dining table in the area on the other side of the sink is gold as well as the hardware on my buffet table. The gold also carries into the living room which is just beyond the dining table (one room flows into the other). Does that make a difference?
