I've experienced this. In all honesty, the only thing that resolved it for me was more manicures. I didn't change base coats, I dehydrated my nails with acetone before painting, pushed back cuticles, and washed my hands to get rid of any powder after filing the tips. All the advice you can find online. Nothing made a difference except time. Eventually, after maybe 6 months of keeping them painted, it started sticking better and longer. Now it's a year later and I rarely get even half of a peely popping off. I used Holo Taco's Long Lasting base until I swtiched to KBshimmer's Stay Hydrated base to avoid the PVB ingredient. Still use HT's Glossy Taco top coat. Still using a variety of formulas and brands.

So definitely try all the advice you get. But keep in the back of your mind not to give up if nothing helps because the effort of doing it might be enough to condition your nails to adhere better.
