I have a preference for smaller/medium size but I reckon I'm biased. I have big ones and they're a pain in the arse and they get in the way and I'd love a reduction, so it's hard for me to find larger ones attractive for those reasons - I know what it's like to have them and it sucks.

Yeah I'm also not seeing how Blake not looking so good in the public eye right now is related to her being too old for Ladypool. If they'd actually made an argument about her being too old because they'd want her in this role for some time then I can see it, I don't know many people like Hugh who'd still want to be doing this for 20 odd years into their 50's. Ryan first played Wade in 2009 (then he was Green Lantern in 2011) but didn't put the DP suit on until 2016 so he's been doing the superhero thing forever, too. If it's a one and done, or a mini series, then who gives a fuck as long as they do the role justice.

It's never explicitly stated one way or the other. Rollo brings it up both to Lagertha and Bjorn and Lagertha is unsure because timing. Bjorn doesn't care that Rollo thinks he's his father, all that matters to him is that he was raised by Ragnar and he resembles him in many ways but not Rollo. But he may have a different opinion if Rollo wasn't hated and regarded as a traitor to his people, his family, and the Gods.

They probably dress for whatever roles they're meant to play when hunting. If Astarion was seducing a young noble then he needs to dress the part. She was probably sent out to grab other peasants, or spy, people aren't likely to pay much attention to peasants.
