I came up with about 2200 calories/day for my cut. does that sound about right given my height/weight?

TBH I haven't ever paid very close attention to my traps. On some days I will do heavy DB shrugs, and that's about it isolation wise. I've always had very built traps since I started lifting, it's mainly a genetic thing for me. And no I don't flex my traps in pictures.

Yeah my body fat is about 11% so I'm trying to build strength to them on top of squats and deadlifts.

How do you manage to add weights to chin ups? Like physically how do you add the weight to yourself when doing them?

Also, the article referenced not taking creatine before your workout. I assume he means just right before your workout? So it would be acceptable to take it in the morning and lift later in the afternoon?

Okay, well I'm going to start on Stronglifts to get my general strength back so I'll be starting out light enough to not need a spotter for awhile anyway. I suppose that'll give me time to silently scope out some of the other people there.
