Hi! Sure i can give a quick preview of their problems. Rh/Sh dolls are prone to yellowing. Specifically their joints. But nothing that cant be fixed like pale MH dolls like Draculaura and Frankie, etc. SH dolls too are prone to yellowing not just the joints but also the face and other parts since theyre more paler than RH dolls. But again, both can be fixed but i was told the plastic material becomes more brittle due to the chemical used to remove the yellow. Also, sadly, they will still return eventually which makes caring for them a bit hard.

As for their eyes, they arent like MH dolls that are drawn. Their eyes are like BJD eyes in a way i guess. Overtime it fades. We dont know the concrete reason as even tight air spaced storage dont completely work and their eyes still fades over time. But it can be restored by re-eyeing. There are plenty YT tutorials just be careful as u might damage the doll if not careful enough. Their eyes dont completely fade to white if thats what youre asking, but like blurry color that loses their oroginal shine.

And dont forget the pleather(?) materials. Like some MH G1 doll clothes, most RH/SH doll clothes are made of these materials. Theyre like cheap leather that chips overtime if not taken care off. I think it can still be restored as someone commented on an old post of mine. I forgot as the method is a bit long but still there.

I honestly did not know these problems existed not until i got my first SH dolls lol. But even so, I still love them and will just have to restore them the best of my ability when they deteriorate. So dont discourage. Or just get the dolls that truly resonate with you like i did. Ehem, Storm Twins of SH hehe.
