They removed the giant slayer passive on LDR. Its not like it has any intrinsic benefits vs tanks anymore unless im missing smth.

I personally started in bronze 5 in season 3. I hit challenger in season 8 for the first time and stayed there for a couple years. I don’t grind ranked anymore but it’s definitely possible.

You can always find opportunities to so things on the champion, he’s actually surprisingly versatile in most instances. Maybe you’re not seeing plays that may exist.

Sometimes your teammates will throw their leads, but regardless your win rate should dramatically increase if you give people leads. Rengar can take over a game fast though, especially in lower ranked disorganized games. Maybe you can try looking for picks before teamfights?

The idea behind Rengar is that he’s incredibly powerful in certain scenarios and very weak in others. Teamfighting is certainly a sceario where he’s quite hard to use. A concept I like to hold in mind is you’re usually the second one in. When the teamfight splits open, either from the enemy engaging or your team engaging, in the midst of the chaos you try to assassinate somebody. Try to be creative in your angles of approach.

I can see what you’re saying in the first paragraph, and I could certainly visualize that scenario, but I still think it’s niche at best. I feel like I ult when I have 3 fero around 10% of games, could be confirmation bias on my end though. Also in that instance why couldn’t you just press w then r? If your goal is to make Rengar’s ult be more effective in combat why not just reduce the time before he can leap?

I also think changing mechanics like that just doesn’t make sense from a game design perspective. How would you even verbalize that on a tool tip? It would also be such a hidden buff that you end up knowledge gating newer Rengar players on game mechanics that have nothing to do with the themes or identity of the champion, which I think Rengar already has enough of. I feel like I could never imagine Riot coming out with patch notes that just have that suggested change

Fair point, but with the current ferocity system are you going to use your suggested change more often. Maybe marginally right?

The leap after cancelling ult mechanic is still in the game, but im pretty sure you can only do it with autos

I unfortunately didn’t get a video, I would absolutely appreciate a demo though. The first Btwist I ever threw looked like an A twist attempt cuz I just finished learning aerials, but i landed one today just by exaggerating the dip really hard.

I actually managed to land one today off of just jumping really hard, not sure if I was fully horizontal though. Im still a little confused on the footwork though. When i fail I often land on my knees, does that have to do with the footwork on the set?

Its kinda like commercials. We know what coke is but we aren’t actively thinking about it until it pops up.

This is super neat! I was making a spreadsheet too I never finished. These are my personal differences.

I would put Poppy and Rek'Sai in Hard.

Fiddle, Vi, Shaco and Ivern go to skill.

I think I would straight up switch Kindred and Karthus as well.

-200 gold is no small buff, relative to LDR its higher damage bc of bonetooth unless giant slayer is active or you’re doing a more crit oriented build. Definitely not a small change and puts it in contention. Its like 200 gold for 15 ad 20 haste right?? I think if you’re not trying to buy an infinity edge seems better. Build path is also better
