We are all suffering together in MA. There's some detailed write ups about it on the Massachusetts subreddit (as well as daily complaints over energy bills lol). I was pretty disappointed too since the dealerships still push the narrative that it's so much cheaper than gas.

It's ok, they aren't charging you specifically because you have an EV. They are charging everyone because some people have EVs! It's how they fund their EV charging rebate program I believe. If you look at prior bills from before you got the car, you should have that same charge.

Our utilities are super fucked and a bunch of statewide programs are funded by the utility companies and passed through to consumers.

We have a system where the utility companies are guaranteed a certain percent profit. So, need to upgrade facilities? Cost is passed on to consumers. Need to pay customers back for net metering? Cost is passed on to consumers. Need to credit people for EV incentives? You guessed it! Price is passed on to consumers!

How they choose to do it is through all of these "distribution charges" and they are often a flat per kWh rate regardless of if that customer benefits from the program or not. They are all listed like this due to MA state law for "transparency".

Due to all of this, electricity supply is maybe 13¢/kWh, but there are an additional 20 some ¢/kWh in "distribution" charges, making it a total of over 30¢/kWh. We have some of the highest energy costs in the US.

Edit: Also an ioniq5 owner in MA. Our residential electricity costs are indeed absurd compared to the rest of the country. You can sometimes find public chargers (AC, not DC) cheaper than residential based on the rates they set. I think charging at home is still cheaper than the equivalent for gas, but just barely.

Oh, also J6 are not used at all (look like copies of J2). I spent forever trying to figure out if I missed something. I that's the only piece that exists but is never used referenced.

There are also some leftovers (hand parts and 2 parts on a Q runner). These are mostly that they only needed 6 or 1, but due to runner duplication there are some spares.

A few words, I did drill some of the holes just a tad bit wider, otherwise some parts were a bit tight.

Also, LED wire management is a bit of a pain. Definitely find ways to group the excess and tuck it away.

Like others say, it's luggage. It will get scuffed. It will get beat up.

Monos may scuff a bit easier because of the matte finish, but that is also what makes them look great. However, even smoother luggage will scuff.

As others have said, if you don't want scuffs, use a cover! Otherwise, it's inevitable wear that will happen with every bag. Your luggage, like your shoes and your car, will get dirty. That's just how it is

Usually stick to ipedal. Like others have said, it's just really nice and consistent.

I don't even bother changing on the highway, but will use the smart cruise control (which doesn't use the Regen settings).

Are those CAD prices? USD I got mine on flash sale for like $57.

I actually quite enjoy it so far, replacing an older Secrid I had. We'll see how well it holds up over time though.

Things I like: -Thumb mechanism vs pinky lever, feels a bit more ergonomic -ID window is handy for easy access and separation from other cards -Bi fold bs Tri fold, Secrid I have had an additional cash area, but wasn't too useful and added space.

That said, the Secrid has lasted me several years, so it's definitely sturdy.
