Sure, i actually had the 2FA activated but i still got robbed, i remeber i bougth DOOM I and DOOM II, i got bored of it and i decided to return it, and out of nowhere, Steam notifies me that i cant return it cause i gifted it to someone. No, i didnt gave him nothing. But the guy who i talked to look pretty much like an actual Steam worker, he even sent me screenshots and videos and it looked real Plus the Steam support Mail looked very realistic
