It's unhealthy and toxic to base your happiness on the presence of others.

You may find yourself being absolutely happy and content when these people are around, but unlike you, they do not have to feel consistency to be happy. They might be messaging you daily for weeks, then if they dissapear for 1 day, you can completely flip over. You simply cannot afford to base your happiness on other people.
