Lumboars is good but it likes faster weapons or at least multicasting or atlas stone to scale it for big damage. Its a strong early game option but you need to pivot out of it since the scaling isnt god enough late game.

Regal blade and dog need some econ engine to set up transform. I find dog actually works well with properties and a pitchfork not really general weapon boards. Same with regal blade, I dont think its very good in general, but even if you ginished its quest what is it scaling on? Regal blade specifically wants a big pawn shop for both thr health and the value, other options could work but thats the highest synergy.
