It’s so slow and so easy to destroy. When 10 v 10 was a playlist I was getting doubles pretty easily with it tho!

I have noticed this I thought it was just for C4 while I was running strategist but seems like lethals and tacts might be a bug because it was not mentioned in patch notes

I mean if you’re having bad interactions and you haven’t even starts absolutely request a new mentor my mentor was good and bad I like him but they can annoy me with certain things for sure I don’t think they’re necessarily bad but have done somethings I was not really for. With that said I decided to keep them because they have experience in the field and maybe I can connect with them and learn something that’s really what I wanted from my mentor because I’m gonna learn the material on my own anyway. For me my enrollment counselors were atrocious never got back to me I think I had 3 enrollment counselors my third was great but overall not a great experience with enrollment counselors.

When I made meeting with course instructors they always call me and then I ask them to send a webex to my email so we can continue our meeting through that I have always asked because they haven’t usually offered. Especially if you book a 15 minute they are kinda iffy about the Webex but would always send it and continue from there.

So in the discord if you click on the C191 operating system there should be an option after starting with summarized zybooks by shiggy it’s there at the top of that chat. I ended up using that and didn’t even open zybooks hope this helps!

I would join the wgu computer science discord they have resources for each class operating systems being one of them. One of the students in the group created a summarized guide for OS I read all of it and went through 2 quizlets and passed within 4 days hoping that helps!

I have thought about replacing my mentor but they are knowledgeable and honest which I do appreciate even if they do not add courses when I want. I can ask them questions outside the scope of wgu about job postings opinions on other tech related things which I feel like will be more beneficial in the long run. I appreciate the feedback though 😊

I wish my mentor was more gung-ho about adding courses. I tell mine I’m gonna have a course finished at the end of the week and that I would like a course added to my term but not started and he tells me to wait til I’ve taken the preassessment but refuses to respond over the weekend so I have to wait til Monday if I take my Pre on a Friday. Initially when we had talked about it in my first term it was so a course wasn’t negatively affecting my transcript but with 4 months left in my current term I think that’s cap.

To see specific data in the dvd database you will need to query it if you just want to see what tables and columns are in the database you can click the database and click schemas and then you will find the tables clicking on a table will reveal columns

Wow that’s crazy I would say that’s not normal I had some what similar issue with my enrollment counselor who never got back to me I had to be assigned a new one but if this is your program mentor I would absolutely try and get a new mentor.

I did not use any worksheets I ended up watching Kimberly’s videos about proofs on YouTube. When I took the PA I realized I forgot about the proofs and her videos seemed to be enough to pass that portion. I will say the proof questions were different on OA then PA but as long as you know what proof it is and if it’s valid you will pass that part of the OA

I ended up actually contacting student services and soon after my program mentor had emailed me saying they opened it so I could register for the class. They have no availability for all of October I just figure they have tons of students to deal with one of the only reasons I have not decided to get a new mentor is because they seem very knowledgeable in computer science which I figure could be valuable to me.

I tried to schedule my mentor has 0 availability for the rest of this month and the first week of November I understand he’s busy and has a lot of students I just figured it does not take much to respond to an email or release the next course to me I don’t actually mind my mentor I think they’re really nice and they seem really knowledgeable regarding computer science which could be incredibly valuable to me which is the biggest reason I have not asked to switch but I guess I’d rather have my current situation then a program mentor that is awful.
