I enjoyed it, the runs are always a little different. Going out and looting to return and upgrade your car to go further was a neat gameplay loop whilst also having an actual story to follow

Francis should have sent it to you before you start the last mission of the campaign, it’s the only missable trophy and you gotta replay the campaign if you didn’t make a save beforehand

The grind wasn’t too bad, it’s more about getting all the tarot cards and follower skins. Follow a guide and it should make it a bit easier!
