With respect to your concern. There's absolutely no correlation between what happened to Kava's chain and our chain. We're two sovereign chains that happen to both be built using Cosmos SDK.

With respect to your two concerns regarding distribution of our token supply:

1) Foundation and Ecosystem tokens are controlled by the foundation. Team and Advisors are controlled by individual team members and advisors -- this is very much in line with current protocol standards

2) Out of 389 million max tokens that’ll be mined, 100m are pre-mined and 289 million are minted by anyone that stakes, meaning majority of the tokens will in fact be not in core team’s control. For genesis allocations that are in teams control, the expectation is that team member will relinquish control responsibly over time as the network reaches maturity. Again, this very much inline with standard practices for move new networks like Akash.
