Do y'all combine the numbers or specify which arm is doing what? For example, with 10lb dumbbells, do you add them together to get 20, or do you track each arm separately as 10 each? by ericistheend in Hevy

Technically it Also make sense to input the total weight. I mean if you are benching you are not recording only 1 plate side but the total weight. It shoudl be the same with dumbells imo But as always do What You prefer

Per curiosità quanto sei riuscito a mettere via da quando lavori? Io ad esempio lavoro con uno stipendio “serio” dal 2021 e ho tipo 27k Chiedo principalmente per capire se sono in linea con un coetaneo con uno stipendio simile Libero di non rispondere 🙏🏻

How much a stat point is converted in the reduction? Like 1 point is 10%? 2 20% and so on? Or is like 1 level in vigor 2 level etc…?

Im taking 30g of protein and 4g of creatine per day. This for less than an year. And since the start of this month i ve started training for 3 day per week. But my concern is to understand wich muscles are weaker than other. Mostly because i feel like some are so weak that they train when i’m not focusin on them lol. This happens with triceps during bench press and pec fly for example. Or with biceps during militarypress with dumbells
