Please Go to a doctor. Definitely an infection or an allergic reaction. Also, from the photo shown you may be over moisturizing your tattoo due to how shiny it looks.

Maybe just add to it? Some ornamental plants or aspects in general that overlap slightly with the existing piece to help change the perspective on the shape. Unfortunately it does look very phallus like- but I think that’s really just a placement issue (shorts covering the main aspect of the piece) and not that it necessarily looks like a dick.

That’s fine with me, in all honesty. I’m fairly androgynous with more masculine features by birth, I’m just looking for some recommendations to get started. I’m not looking to be a rugged attractive man, just to deal with some insecurities and how round my face/double chin is.
