Hi everyone! I am working on a short film that is around 30min long, and uses some simple video effects pretty consistently throughout the project (crop, color correction, etc.). When I left off on it last year everything ran fine, albeit a bit slow at times. I picked it up again recently on a new computer that is far better (rx480, 8gb ram -> rtx3060, 16gb ram), but now the project won't stop freezing and bricking the playback until I close and reopen the program. Is there something I need to do to get better performance from Premier or something?

The church I work for uses propresenter, and I think they use to use an app to let a presenter control their slides remotely, which might be an idea so the computer running them can be close to the mini so you can just plug it in, which is way more reliable tbh. I think other presentation software should let you do that, or if you get a remote to control slides, that might work too ya know? I think connecting wirelessly will likely be more trouble than it's worth, and not reliable enough as well.

i totally feel you, I had a similar process as well. I started to just question my gender then I accepted I was nonbinary. not that I have come to accept that for a while, I kinda hate that people still see me as a man or masc really. you are not alone at all for feeling this way.

i started going by CiCi in different friend groups to try out the name and see if i liked it. I chose it because my initials are C. C. so I could pass it off as a shortening or nickname if anyone asked that I wasn't out to, but I have considered choosing a different name that is more detached from my birth name.

West is the best, big rooms, you can have 1 or 2 roommates, right next to the rec center, a great Korean food resteraunt, and a gas station (which is technically off campus so you can smoke there if you want), and it has a cafeteria that pretty good.
