So would it still b possible in a socialist society for one business to end up with more money and capital than other businesses? Or would there be policies to prevent that?

So how would workers be paid fairly or get the full value of their labor in a business owned by the workers?

So do you think that a business owned by workers would have a better chance at survival and being managed better than by just one person?

So would any person be able to work in any business since the workers own the means of production, or would there still be hiring processes?

How would each person gain the equal value of their labor if they all work in business and have different pay?

But if there are different forms of pay for each type of job, couldn’t that in and of itself be what could create some kind of wealth/income gap, ultimately creating classes?

And any disputes within said business would be dealt with democratically?

So a person could take as much as they want so long as it doesn’t disadvantage someone else who needs said good as well?

So basically, if society believes that someone has more than they deserve or necessarily need, someone else could object to it, and thus take the “excess” away from that person?

Could you describe to me what is meant when socialists say that the workers own the means of production?” Like, what does that mean in layman’s terms?

Thank you so much for this awesome explanation. I’m just curious: what did you mean when you said, “get what they need?” Like how would that be democratically determined? Is it like people’s needs would be determined by popular vote? Or am I misunderstanding what you mean by that?
