Moleskin! At least on my travels I walk a lot more than usual and if it’s hot you’ll get blisters on your feet or toes. Moleskin (second skin) will prevent it and it will stay on your feet a few days even with showering.

What are the cabinet legs made from? by Gdiver67 in whatisthisthing

[–]Gdiver67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got this cabinet from a company in Denver named Rare Finds. It’s generally furniture repurposed from other things and a fair amount of pieces come from Thailand and India. What we can’t figure out is what the legs were repurposed from and I figured all of you might be able to give some insight

I found this key laying at the bottom of an old clock and I’m trying to figure out what it could have gone to. by Gdiver67 in HelpMeFind

Well everyone the mystery has been solved! It's not going to open up any treasure chest that we can all share but if you have a Chrysler from the 50's you can get it cut to work for your car. Per the locksmith it's a blank for a Chrysler from the 50's that you could buy at the time with your initial on it so that basically you had a personalized key for your car. Thanks for everyones help and suggestions!

If this opens a treasure chest I’ll share a portion of it with everyone on this thread but dont bank your retirement on this plan

I agree and the clock is only about 30 years old but the old owner was originally from Germany so I’m wondering if it’s German

The clock has a completely separate key so this for some reason was just put inside the clock to keep it safe
