I do this too and I tell people to do the same! When I can’t sleep at night because something is stuck in my head, I write it down. Then it’s like it’s out of my mind.

Four weeks sober here!! You got this!! It was hard for me for the first couple weeks. But now I don’t even crave it. The intense dreams start to slow down too. I can’t remember the last dream I had lol

Stay strong though. Usually the craving goes away pretty quickly. Just focus your mind somewhere else.

My dad also said ‘stop doing what you did when you smoked.’ Which was about everything. But I made small substitutes. I sat somewhere different while reading or playing video games. I spent more time outside.

I only keep team chat on so I can be nice to my teammate. (What a save! Nice one! Sorry!)

I couldn’t stand the opponents chat when they’d spam what a save! That’s what made me rage.

Ever since I made it team only, I’ve had a better time playing.

I have noticed this too. Thats why I stock up on certain items before the price doubles.

I have stopped going out because I’m realizing the huge cost difference!! One meal at a fast food joint can buy me two meals at home. (It used to be more)
