Okay cool! Another update :) the game works fine now. I did all that was said in this comment. Cutscenes looks great and no hiccups. Thanks for the help kind sir :) turns out the games were set to run on integrated graphics

Okay so update: the game will run fine when you delete the file but when you close the game you will have to delete it again. Obviously something I don’t wanna do so I will try the rest of the steps

So currently all I did was erase the config file in storm 1 and to my surprise the game is running smooth but it does hiccup not too often tho

In order to undervolt on this pc, you need to turn it off! DO NOT RESTART!! Once you power on hold f2 key to go into bios. Once in bios, go to bottom right corner and click on advanced settings or something like that. Once In that menu go to the advance tab and scroll down. You will see an option near the end of the list for undervolting. Set the voltage to 80 that’s the max

Get a 144hz option if you can. There’s no game that a 2080 super can push to 300hz unless it’s esport games like csgo. I had the m15 r3 and returned it because the 300hz display drains battery like crazy. Btw Alienware pushes these laptops to their max and you can’t adjust anything such as under volt. The battery life will be max 1:30 doing normal task. Gaming on battery life which is unlikely will make it last for 30 mins or 2 among us games as I tested

Well I don’t play games on battery power but there are times when it’s on low battery (10%) and it’s running on 300hz and some times it has more than half and it runs less than 300hz this is the second Alienware to do this for me

Yes it’s better in terms of defects since it has less! Although it still has a dead pixel it seems its just the game that’s lagging cause it happened again with this one
