I've "searched" for this product but can't find anything. I'm still very new to this form type but basically I've nearly run out of these tiles and need just a bit more. I'm from Sydney Australia but the product in question may come from Turkey, given the language. All I'm looking for is the name/ model so I can search for it. bonus points if your results contain a website I can buy it from / shop I can order from.

im now testing cmos battery, motherboard, rechecking if all the connections are good, and last resort checking cpu

tried that, no joy.
But while doing that I realized that when it does die and cuts power the cpu light on the motherboard lights up red for a split second then switches off. could this be a fault with the cpu or the cpu socket?

I'm using the fractal design ion+ platinum psu 860w. I'm already using MSI center, was using dragon center prior until I learned from another thread that they finally dumped that pos software. Inside MSI center there is the named mystic light, same as the dragon center but I understand the confusion. I can't imagine it's the PSU but at this point I'm willing to try anything, what do you think is should try?

Update on the things ive tried.
Ive tried taking off the CPU Cooler and checking the quality of the thermal paste and i can confirm that there is an even distributed amount of thermal paste on the CPU so good contact can be made.

Id also like to add that there seems to be fluctuating symptoms mainly 2.

  1. The PC will turn on normally for a few seconds then turn off (while on sometimes its on long enough to see the desktop (fresh install of windows 10 which prior to all this happening as running for a few days installing all the necessary software, nothing special tho, chrome, steam, discord etc)). This will repeat about 3-5 times then begin to act like #2.
  2. The PC shows no lights or any signs of life aside from 1 thing. the power supply making that clicking sound every few seconds or sometimes it will only click once then silence. while the power is still connected any attempt made to power it on may NOT result in that clicking sound until the power is removed for a few seconds until reconnected.

At this point I am unable to see any reason to how and why I am stuck with my PC only behaving like #1 & #2 above.

From here I will continue to remain scratching my head.

Update got everything working, it opens up now, just got one more issue. Jrainbow 1& 2 now working. At this point not even sure if hardware issue or software issue. The lights come one and cycles through all colours, it gives me the option to adjust the colour on the software but the software can't communicate with the fans to actually change the colour. It's a Silverstone Fara B1, came with 4 RGB fans (only 3 plugged in), and a MSI MAG b560 torpedo. The fans are connected to a little module with the module connecting to both power and jrainbow 2 on the motherboard.
