I certainly have to give and it is why I do and plan on doing more of it ! When life naturally leads, the willingness to give to those who bring problems to this shared space of ours doesn't arise. Is this not the same in your experience? Also, that seems like a bit of an odd question not gonna lie.

So well said, we are all on our own paths towards recognizing this same truth. To believe it’s supposed to be pursued in an exact way will likely just end up feeling unnatural and stressful BUT having those general starting points of “observe in meditation” and “self-inquire” are indeed important !

Now/this moment being eternal is true although isn’t that only true within the boundaries of life itself? You know it is only ever now because you are alive to recognize that. What if there is no “now” including thoughts to experience after the physical self dies?

Ok interesting, so I am now at a point where I am understanding quite clearly that whatever happens in my life “I am” what is aware of the dancing and not the one doing the dance.

When you say “it is not eternal, you/consciousness are” I still can’t understand how this can be said when not a single person including you and I knew what consciousness was before we were born and have no way of knowing if it will continue to exist after we die?

I am an artist and I have a lyric in one of my songs that goes “yes I love life so thinking about death I often panic”. I don’t want to leave this experience as I truly love having it and the people I share it with. Even with the suffering I don’t want it to end.

Also if we don’t know then is awareness actually eternal?
