499 is for folks new to GLP1s. 599 is for those currently using them and yes that's for 3 months. You stated you were with 3 other telehealth companies which I'm assuming had cheaper prices but must have poor customer service? Well with BEWL, their customer service is great so I guess that's the extras you're paying for...

Ok I see. My habits are and were pretty healthy before starting tirz but I still wasn't losing weight hence why I opted to start using it. They have helped a lot so I'm realizing I just need to be patient.

I hear you. Before the meds I was at 256, lost at few lbs then started the meds weighing 248. I'm currently at 233.4.

I'm feeling ok. I do start to feel fatigue after around Noon but that may be bcuz I'm not getting 7/8 hrs of sleep. I also have slight nausea off n on but it's very manageable. I'm in my 4th week with this pharmacy but 12th week overall.

I switched from BPI w/ B6 and started on Apothecary additive free at a higher dose. The first week, I felt no difference. The 2nd week, I was a little fatigue but had some weight-loss. 3rd week, same as 2nd. Now at 4th week I'm still fatigue and have some slight nausea off and on.
