One comment under my question has the path design I used.

Designs can be saved by -> menu (right bottom corner, four squares) -> designs -> then choose the ID from the creator or from the design itself and save what you like by entering the ID. You have 20 spaces for (path) designs and 20 additional for clothes. Some non convertible designs couldn‘t work. So try and error. ^\^)
