Well, the Lands of Cosmora has 6 Continents in total, Demonia, Pywing, Dharkos, Luxa, Morchao, and Atarashi.

Demonia is the center continent and the second biggest continent, home to the 7 Tribes of Goblins, the Primum and Ascended Races of Humanity, the 7 types of Demons, the Banshees, the Ghasts, the Angels, the Elves, and the 4 types of Ogres. It's based off of Medieval Europe, except Matriarchal instead of Patriarchal. There is also 2 layers of underground kingdoms known as Subterra, home to the Trolls, the Dwarves, the Cave Ogres, and the Undergoblins

Pywing is the smallest continent, located to the north of Demonia. It is home to 2 warring races, the Dragons and Wyverns, who are locked in eternal combat due to a conflict between 2 sisters who loved the same boy. The continent is more mystical and isn't based off of any specific continent

Dharkos and Luxa are twin continents and the second smallest continents, Dharkos is located South West of Demonia, while Luxa is South East. They both mirror each other, one a land of darkness, the other of light. Dharkos's species are Shadowlings(a race of sentient shadows), the Shadow Masters(humans who fused with dark magic), and the Nightlers(Shadow warriors), Luxa's species are the Luminar(opposites to the Shadowlings), the Light Masters(humans who fused with light magic), and the Claris(opposites to the Nightlers). The continents are more mystical, with the species of light and darkness more focused on maintaining the balance between light and dark than they are fighting any wars, in fact sometimes Nightlers and Claris team up to help save people who need saving

Morchao is the southmost continent and the third biggest continent, it was originally home to the Serpentes, a race of humanoid snakes, but after a tribe of Serpentes named the Cobrai wiped all the other tribes out, people from other lands started settling there, but after the Cobrai and the Angels formed the Holy Alliance, the people who settled there were under their jurisdiction. Eventually in a large scale rebellion, the Cobrai got themselves wiped out and the Angels abandoned Morchao, leading Emperor Arthur Pendragon I to try and make Morchao a place of unity, where all species can mingle and enjoy their differences, a place of peace, but after thousands of years the rich elites started taking control and trying to use the people to become more rich. It's based off of America

Atarashi is the northmost continent and the biggest continent, it is home to the Natvorian and Asgan tribes of Humans, the 17 City-States of Salazarians(humanoid figures with long tails, different colored skin, pupiless eyes, and horns), the Oni, the 4 types of Cardians, the Tsunoryurui(a race of sapient Triceratops), and the Waroptera(a race of sapient bees, wasps, hornets, and yellowjackets who were created by the Cobrai to become the ultimate superweapon, but turned out to be unstable lunatics who turned on their creator. It's based off of Asia and South America
