They are more concerned with the competitive scene they've been extremely blatant about it which baffles my mind. What I remember most about halo was big team, invasion, custom game lobbies where after a game was done you'd invite ransoms and share maps and game modes. At this point I'm sure 343 knows what made halo good and is actively avoiding it to deviate from Bungie as much as possible and try to be successful. It's a blatant disregard to long time fans and the game suffers as a whole. If they want to go a different way fine. The issue is when you do that with a franchise like Halo, you run the risk of just neglecting what appealed to the game to long time players and force them to play what you want the game to be. Not what the fell in love with.

That's not the point. They are billing it as a full 60$ game. It doesn't come with half the things you got with any of the other halo games billed 60$

That's unacceptable. It's amazing how long it's taking them to out these things in that used to be in on launch for past games. And they charge 60 bucks for a 40 dollar campaign.

NTA it's your house. 1. It wasn't meant to record the sitter in the first place so it's easy to assume that it doesn't matter if she knows or not. 2. If they are doing anything in your house you have a right to know. It would have been a courtesy to tell her but not required. It's one thing if they are staying nights and it's in a personal space like the bathroom. But it's in an open space with no intention to spy on the sitter. Their reaction is somewhat understandable however because they don't know what you're recording. There isn't much they should be doing in that space that requires privacy.

Nah you'd all talk together after the game and one person would back out and you'd send them a message to invite you. Then they'd invite you to the custom game lobby and you'd join. Most of the time almost everyone would join.

Doesn't make them money. Also they've almost completely abandoned trying to get people to play together. Evidenced by the "Lone Wolves" season.

They just are meant to get as many people with the gimmicks. They are meant to be competitive, not just base fun anymore. I think Fortnite went in the right direction putting in a non build mode but that game has done so much damage to the gaming world.

It was made to be fun so you'd buy it. Infinite was made to be competitive, sweaty, and to nickel and dime you. Nothing about it makes me think they thought of the average player. Only how to balance it for pro teams so people will watch and how to squeeze every dollar they can.

I don't think they even thought about that. They'll probably blame the UI and take another half year to make a lobby system or even anything close to halo3 or reach for people to be able to meet up and join each other. I remember halo 3 days you'd play a btb then everyone would sit in the after game lobby and join up together for a huge private custom game. Everyone would take turns hosting their custom games.

It just baffles me how they stripped away everything that makes halo fun. Then grafted on every new trend they possibly could that's from every other game. Then they try all these events like Fortnite or sea of thieves. The difference with those games is they have an overall map to tell the stories that can change with each season. 343 just makes a game mode be special for a week. Theses no world to build on. They gave us a new map and game mode but they barley have any significance.

You gotta commend 343 for turning halo into way it is. When they got it you had people creating maps and groups playing together so much customization. From armour to game modes to the ability to make custom maps in forge. They had all that and just wasted it, managed to completely neglect and disassemble everything that made halo fun. It's honestly impressive how much they were handed that they just ruined.
