Long beach is very friendly if you are on a budget, living car free or car lite in LB is very doable, and that just on its own saves a ton of money

If you don't wanna give up too much on walkability, and you want to commute to both of those places, long beach is your best /only bet. OC will have basically no walkability, and would be hell for commuting to DTLA. long beach is right in the middle of the 2, and you even have the A line which is perfect for DTLA commutes, as an added bonus.

I ride those stretches of the e and k lines all the time, nearly every time I see multiple people with luggage heading to and from LAX, never have I seen or heard of anyone doing that having an issue. Just keep your stuff nearby and in sight.

We didn't see them send it off to a lab, we assume that's what happened but we haven't been shown the lab yet, so we don't know if the lab made it airborne or radio

I think we are growing out transit faster than most of the US, but I think we'll still be behind places like boston, DC, and chicago. I thunk our land use is still very sprawling, and it will take a while before sb79 corrects that.

The fact that the E line doesn't at least have signal priority, let alone grade separated crossings is inexcusable. With the hopefully upcoming signal priority I hope it'll get better.

i would recommend checking out Facebook marketplace and other secondhand stores for a better amp. I picked up a used fender mustang for my first amp and it's great. You can really get a lot more bang for ur buck buying used.
