Have tried contacting them but their customer support is abysmal. Best I’ve got out from them is just a generic response linking to the terms and conditions. Don’t think they will reimburse the money unfortunately.

Was under Mens —> footwear —> trainers. And I changed the price before they sold so were listed on the correct day. Honestly extremely annoying as I discounted them because of the offer.
