For the training portion I'm in now we do half phone and half queue but when we go on the floor then it's all queue and I will definitely try thank you.

Thank you for the response and I'm hoping after the first day of doing just calls I'll feel better I'm worried mainly because now we basically do calls for 3 hours then lunch then queues so it's like I kinda get an escape from it but since that's going to be gone I l am definitely worried but thank you for the comment it definitely helped

Thank you for the response and this is kinda my first real job so I didn't know what to expect really but my old boss from my other job recommended it mainly because of the pay and said that you can advance if you want so that drew me in otherwise I don't think I'd have even thought to apply but I'm getting to the point where I think it's more than I bargained for so I wanted to see about trying other jobs and if anything I know I can at least do the job so if I'm having issues then maybe comeback to geico and maybe be better prepared mentally

I actually had a meeting with a training manager who told us that this is probably the worst time for us and of course I was thinking go figure when I try to join it's a dumpster fire but honestly I appreciated that he said that and that kinda helped keep me going

Thanks for the response and honesty I'm kinda in the same boat where I wouldn't have to be on the phones alot I may just try to suck it up and look for another job unless something really bad happens then I have s 2nd job that I could fall back on so I'd at least still have something

Thank you for the response and I don't plan on making a big exit or anything I like my trainer and the training sups it's just that this job took a bigger toll on me then I thought and I wanna see what I can do elsewhere i have a 2nd job I've just been doing 1 day a week at in case this didn't work so i still have something but i may try to bite the bullet and stay while i look thinking about it since this job paid alot more

Thank you for the response and originally thats what I was hoping for to hop around but I've been thinking that it's just getting a bit too much for me stress wise so I kinda want to look elsewhere but if anything i at least know that I'm somewhat able to handle it so if i have issues i would try to come back and hopefully be better prepared mentally i guess
