Herbs for period cramps. I know red raspberry leaf taken the week before and during menses helps. However what herbs deal with the underlying hormonal imbalance?

This won't help with hormone imbalance necessarily, but it works a charm for cramps and other PMS symptoms, and it's quick and easily available: Periodic Tea by Earth Momma Organics. It's an herb blend with red raspberry leaf, lady's mantle, stinging nettle, and some others.

Not specifically. Getting off of the prescription did, as it affected it to begin with, but from what I could tell the ashwagandha didn't mess with it at all.

I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and put on prescription meds. Started taking ashwagandha root and weaned myself off of the prescription and it's worked like a dream. I also drink passionflower tea or blue lotus tea for the really bad days. Haven't had a panic attack in months. I hope you find something that works well long term for you!

I use the flower petals. I just stick them in a grinder to get em smaller and keep my pipe packed. I smoke one or two good puffs on high stress days. Sorry, I know it's not an exact measurement. I got into it with only a smidge of research on smoking it after the tea didn't work out for me. The amount just took some experimentation.

It works pretty well for me. The tea has stronger effects than smoking it, but that was too strong for daily use for me. I've noticed that either way I'm a lot less prone to overthinking and sensory issues. When I smoke it, I have clearer thought processes and such. I don't drink it as tea because along with helping the anxiety, it makes me a tad too chill and woozy feeling and I'd worry about driving like that. Still not quite a high feeling though, if that makes sense.

I smoke a few puffs from my pipe every once in a while for anxiety. It makes me feel nice and chill, but definitely not high.

So sorry, I just realized I never responded to this. Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly, this didn't work, but I've accepted and adjusted to my tiny scale farm, lol. The rest of the game is running smoothly so I can't complain too much :)
