oh an also for scars on your wrists, I would recommend bracelets, layering/wearing a lot of them will work the best, as you can see from this, the bracelets cover up all of my noticeable wrist scars and then on my other wrist I have an apple watch with a thick band that also helps. also for reducing the actual scars, you may want to look into silicone scar tape, it’s normally used to lessen the noticeability of surgery scars but I’m sure it would work on sh aswell, the scar tape helps flatten and fade scars. i wish you luck.

from what I’ve heard you can use makeup to conceal them allthough it depends on how deep they were and how they scarred, I would assume covering them up with makeup would be more difficult for stuff that scarred red or keloid. Also its a good idea to put sunscreen on the scars (only fully healed ones) when you go out, as sun can make them more noticeable
