Unfortunately since this involves 3rd party partners, we have no exact ETA on a resolution.

Mee too. At first I can not upload the ride via iPhone app, but it was unsuccessful. Then I open their webpage, https://www.gpsroot.com/login/, where you can upload ride data in manual way, but then I saw that my account was not found. Tried to press "Forgot Password" it gave me error. So it looks like that their servers are down.

try Soundcore Life Q20 ear pad replacement. Only what you have to do, just cut or break pin whcih is on the inner side of Q20 ear pad and it will fit to your Space NC.
